Full Job Description
We are looking for an organised and enthusiastic Quality Administrator to join our Quality & HE team, providing efficient and effective administrative support to the Quality Assurance Manager and wider Quality team.
The role will involve supporting a range of quality assurance and improvement activities, including administering meetings, surveys and feedback, maintaining the College's Quality Management System, supporting internal audits and assisting with Data Protection and Freedom of Information requests.
The successful candidate will have an NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration or equivalent, together with relevant administrative experience. You will need excellent organisational and IT skills, the ability to work on your own initiative and under pressure, and a high level of confidentiality and attention to detail.
