Full Job Description

We're looking for a Quality Administrator to join our KierBAM team based in Plymouth - Devonport Royal Dockyard., KierBAM is a Joint Venture partnership between Kier and BAM Nuttall, currently delivering an exciting redevelopment project at a Royal Navy site in Plymouth. We're looking for an experienced Quality Administrator to join our collaborative team, where you'll play a vital role in maintaining project quality records and supporting our delivery teams. Due to the sensitive nature of this site, BPSS security clearance is required, which can take up to 8 weeks to complete. Candidates must hold a passport from a NATO or MISWG member country and have resided in the UK for the past 5 years.

What will you be responsible for?

As a Quality Administrator, you'll be working within the quality team, supporting them in maintaining exceptional project standards and documentation. Your day to day will include:

-Managing and administering quality documentation, including scanning, filing, and compiling Lifetime Quality Records and Product Approval Records

-Tracking project information using Excel spreadsheets and reporting on the status of quality documentation from contractors and suppliers

-Supporting document control processes and maintaining accurate records of approved suppliers and contractors

-Collaborating with team members to ensure all records are in place and assisting with information retrieval and archiving

-Working alongside the quality and engineering teams, providing ad-hoc support where needed

You have excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft 365, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and digital filing systems

-You possess strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail

-You're reliable, committed, and able to work effectively in highly regulated environments

-You can learn quickly, retain information, and adapt to new processes
