We're seeking a passionate and qualified Speech and Language Therapist to join our dedicated therapy team. You'll play a key role in creating a communication-friendly environment and helping us realise our vision: To build incredible futures by empowering vulnerable young people to thrive and find their place in the world. Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering bespoke assessments and intervention plans in collaboration with teaching staff
• Managing a small caseload of pupils with speech and language needs
• Supporting staff through training, consultation, and reflective practice
• Working closely with our experienced Clinical Lead and SENCo
  
  This role is ideal for someone with a nurturing approach, strong decision-making skills, and the ability to manage their own workload. • Hold a professional Speech and Language Therapy degree or equivalent.
• Completed SALT NPQ Status
