Full Job Description
We are currently recruiting a Qualified Social Worker or a practitioner who is about toqualify to join our Preparing for Adulthood Team. The post is currently based at TheLantern, Shrewsbury, however, has the option for hybrid working and accessing deskspace in other areas of the county.
The successful candidate will have recent experience working in Adult Social Care. Thispost will provide an excellent opportunity for a Social Worker to develop their skills andknowledge and join a friendly and supportive team. Ideally the applicant will be twoyears post qualified however we will consider applications from Newly Qualified SocialWorkers and social Work students in their final year of study., We are seeking to recruit a well-motivated and creative practitioner who is able todevelop the strengths of individuals and maximise their independence utilisingcommunity resources and is an excellent team player.
