Qualified Social Worker

We are looking for a passionate individual who is committed to making a positive impact on the lives of children and families. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, ensuring they receive the support they need during challenging times. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting assessments and developing care plans tailored to the individual needs of children and families.
• Managing a caseload effectively while ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and organizational policies.
• Collaborating with multi-agency teams to provide holistic support and intervention strategies.
• Participating in court proceedings and presenting evidence to support the best interests of children.
• Providing guidance and support to families, helping them access resources and services.
  
  A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, CQSW, CSS, or equivalent).
• Registration with Social Work England.
• Experience in children's social work, particularly in a statutory setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with children and families.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a varied caseload.
