Qualified Nursery Practitioners Needed - Matlock Are you a passionate and experienced Nursery Practitioner looking for flexible work across welcoming and supportive nursery settings? We are currently recruiting for qualified nursery staff to work across a variety of nurseries in Matlock. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are dedicated to early years education and enjoy making a real difference in children's development. The Role We are looking for Level 2 (minimum) qualified EYFS practitioners with hands-on nursery experience. You will be supporting children aged 0-5 in a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment. Working Hours Flexible shifts between 7:00am - 6:00pm

Full-time positions Key Responsibilities As a Nursery Practitioner, your day-to-day duties will include: Supporting the learning and development of children in line with the EYFS framework
Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities
Creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment
Building positive relationships with children, staff, and parents
Assisting with daily routines including: Feeding and snack times
Nappy changing and toileting
Sleep routines
Observing, tracking, and recording children's development and progress
Encouraging social, emotional, and physical development through play
Maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety at all times
Supporting children with additional needs where required
Working collaboratively as part of a team to ensure the smooth running of the setting Requirements Minimum Level 2 qualification in Early Years / Childcare (EYFS)
Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting
A genuine passion for working with young children
Strong communication and teamwork skills
