Full Job Description

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in creating a safe and nurturing environment for young children to develop and thrive. You will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the nursery, implementing activities, and providing a high standard of care.,

Plan and deliver engaging activities that meet the physical, emotional, social, and intellectual needs of children
Provide a safe, secure, and nurturing environment where children can thrive
Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Observe, assess, and document each child's learning and development
Collaborate with parents to support their child's progress and well-being

Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent)
Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting
Strong knowledge of child development and the EYFS framework
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A genuine passion for nurturing young children and supporting their learning
