Responsibilities will include Ensuring the highest standards of person-centred care are being delivered at all times by undertaking accurate assessment and planning of care, delivery and ongoing evaluation of the care plans Carry out nursing tasks including distribution of medication, dressings, catheterisation, tube feeding and management of chronic medical conditions. Committing to acting in line with the NMC Code of Professional Conduct, maintaining registration requirements A team player to supplement the staffing team, motivated and approachable to all levels of care staff

Qualified Nurse DAYS/NIGHTS - £57,930.87 (£25.25 per hour) RG7 3BH, Burghfield Common - Full time 44 hours weekly FT Recruiting now for our Nursing Home - Hollies Care Home near Reading lies at the heart of the picturesque village of Burghfield Common, set within a charming mansion house. Enjoys close links with many community organisations including the local church, St Marys. Our dedicated team provide residential and nursing care to older people living with dementia, and nursing care for people aged 65 and over who are living with long term health conditions.
