As a qualified NMP you will assess gender dysphoria, offer medication reviews and support service users over the course of their time on the gender dysphoria pathway. This is a key time in some peoples lives and an opportunity for professionals to support people over a period of several years.

This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic person to utilise their clinical skills within a supportive and dedicated team. Whilst any experience is valued we recognise that applicants may not have experience of working directly in the gender dysphoria pathway and training is provided by the team. • Experience of providing clinical supervision to clinical staff.
• Knowledge of health and safety requirements of the team.
• Teaching / Training, First Level Nursing Qualification and Registration
• Degree or equivalent qualification or experience in evidence based psychological therapies relevant to Pathway.

• Student Nurse Assessor Safeguarding Children and Adults Training
• If applicable to service Non Medical Prescriber
• If applicable attained "Specialist" level of competency as defined in "Closing the gap" (CSIP 2006)
