- Deliver high-quality care and early years education, ensuring the individual needs of every child are met.
- Plan, observe, and implement engaging play-based activities aligned with the EYFS curriculum.
- Act as a key person to a designated group of children, monitoring their progress and maintaining accurate developmental records.
- Build and maintain strong, positive partnerships with parents and carers, keeping them informed of their child's day and developmental milestones.
- Ensure all safeguarding, health, and safety policies are strictly adhered to at all times.
- Work collaboratively with the wider nursery team to maintain a positive and inclusive room environment.

If you are an enthusiastic educator who loves bringing the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework to life, we want to hear from you., - A recognized Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare (e.g., CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent).
- A strong, working knowledge of the EYFS framework and how to implement it effectively.
- Demonstrable experience working within an early years setting.
- Excellent understanding of safeguarding, child protection, and health and safety procedures.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with children, parents, and colleagues.
