We have the exciting opportunity for a Qualified High Intensity CBT Therapist to join our National Talking Therapies Team! This is fully remote role. This is a permanent, part-time role, contracted at 22.5 hours per week. About the service Our National Team plays a vital role in supporting Talking Therapies services across the country. We provide waiting list management support across multiple services, including a new external waiting list project, helping people access timely mental health support when they need it most. As referral numbers continue to grow, so does the need for proactive patient engagement, early intervention, and high-quality therapeutic support. This role offers the opportunity to be part of an innovative national service that is helping to improve access to care and shape the future of Talking Therapies delivery. About the role As a Qualified High Intensity CBT Therapist, you'll manage your own clinical caseload and deliver evidence-based CBT interventions as
part of a national service supporting waiting list management across multiple Talking Therapies services. You'll have the opportunity to make a real difference by helping people access support sooner, contributing to preventative and proactive models of care, and supporting the development of evolving national pathways. Working as part of a supportive and collaborative team, you'll use your clinical expertise to provide high-quality care while helping services respond to increasing demand. What you'll do Deliver high-quality CBT interventions to a clinical caseload. Complete assessments, risk management activities, and clinical documentation. Meet agreed activity targets to support timely access to treatment. Work collaboratively within a stepped care model, including step-up and step-down pathways. Maintain accurate and timely records in line with service protocols and professional standards. Contribute to service quality, compliance, and ongoing continuous improvement initiatives.

About you We're looking for a compassionate and motivated CBT professional who is passionate about improving access to mental health support and delivering excellent patient outcomes. We'd love to hear from you if you have: A postgraduate qualification in High Intensity CBT (or equivalent). BABCP accreditation, or eligibility for accreditation. Experience working within NHS Talking Therapies or primary care mental health services. A strong track record of delivering positive clinical outcomes. Experience managing high-volume clinical caseloads. Knowledge of NICE guidelines and the stepped care model. Excellent risk assessment and clinical decision-making skills. Strong communication, analytical, and IT skills.
