Qualified ENP / ECP

The post holder will autonomously undertake assessment and treatment of patients in the EmergencyDepartment who may present with complex and/or chronic illnesses and/or injury; to determine aclinical diagnosis, treatment and appropriate discharge as indicated as well as maintainingcomprehensive patient records.The post holder will also work in conjunction with other members of the multidisciplinary team to formpart of the enhanced streaming team based in the Emergency Department. As a senior decision makeryou will determine the most appropriate place for patients to be streamed by utilising the mostappropriate clinical pathway based on the patient's clinical need.The post holder will be a source of clinical expertise to less experienced staff, enhancing the nurses'skills and knowledge and work in partnership within a multi-disciplinary team.The post holder will contribute to meeting the identified Key Performance Indicators within the timeframes identified.To ensure a high quality and safe patient centred service, KEY RESPONSIBILITIES?
