Full Job Description
- Provide highquality care and education to children aged 05
- Plan and implement EYFSappropriate activities, ensuring they are stimulating and engaging
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Observe and assess children's development, identifying any areas of concern
- Collaborate with parents and other staff members to support children's individual needs
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development
- Ensure the nursery is clean, organized, and wellmaintained at all times
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure the wellbeing of all children If you are passionate about working with children and making a positive impact on their lives, we would love to hear from you.
- Minimum Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification (or other full and relevant Early Years qualification)
- Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children
- Knowledge of child development theories and practices
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Paediatric First Aid
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and legislation governing childcare (e.g., Safeguarding)
