We have an exciting opportunity to join the friendly, highly motivated Coventry & Warwickshire Community Dental Service based in the City of Coventry Health Centre.
We require an enthusiastic and conscientious Dental Nurse to join our professional and supportive team of Dentists, Dental Therapists and Dental Nurses to provide patient focused community dentistry for people with more complex needs and conditions.
The service also comprises an Oral Health Promotion team, a domiciliary service, sedation service and provides regular GA sessions at University Hospital Coventry and Warwickshire & George Eliot Hospital., This new post holder will have the opportunity to assist in the provision of special care and paediatric dentistry, incorporating Inhalation and IV Sedation, General Anaesthetic sessions and domiciliary care.
You will be responsible for assisting the clinician in the day-to-day running of the surgery working under the supervision of the Senior/Specialist Dental Nurses, Governance and Operational Leads.
The Community Dental Services are based across Coventry & Warwickshire. The service currently operates Monday to Friday.
