Full Job Description

We are seeking a qualified or newly qualified Psychologist with experience or a strong interest in working with complex and challenging patient groups. You will be eligible foror already holdHCPC registration. In this role, you will:

  • Play a central part in improving patient flow and reducing length of stay through proactive, formulation-driven interventions
  • Work closely with the MDT to create clear, dynamic discharge plans
  • Deliver a range of assessments and evidence-based therapies, including LMV, EMDR, DBT and trauma-focused approaches
  • Provide both 1:1 and group interventions
  • Work across diverse clinical populations, including older adults and adults of working age
  • Contribute to supervision, training, research and service development
  • Be part of a team that values reflective practice, shared learning and practitioner wellbeing

    £46,781 to £57,106 a year plus 38 days leave plus package
