QHSE & Compliance Coord

We are looking for a QHSE Coordinator to support compliance, assurance, and risk activities across CBRE GWS operations. Reporting to the Risk & Assurance Director, this role is ideal for someone detail-driven, organised, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Track statutory remedial actions, ensuring progress, completion, and evidence are accurately recorded
Support management reporting and compliance updates for internal and external stakeholders
Act as a key point of contact for Risk & Assurance Managers, supporting audits, projects, and ad-hoc requests
Work closely with site teams and central functions to support quotations, purchase orders, and compliance administration
Promote a strong QHSE and safety-first culture across CBRE GWS teams

GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths; A-Level or HNC desirable
Experience in a QHSE, compliance, FM, or similarly regulated environment
Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel (basic formulas/lookups)
Experience using CAFM or compliance systems such as Maximo, Concept or Dynamics
Highly organised, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities
Confident communicator, comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels
