We focus on implementing best practices, driving quality initiatives, and fostering continuous improvement in our development processes.What You'll Be DoingAs a QA Team Lead, you will lead a team focused on delivering high-quality software. You will be instrumental in shaping our testing strategies, promoting a culture of quality, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate quality assurance throughout the development lifecycle.

• Knowledge Sharing & Team Development:
• Foster knowledge sharing, maintain documentation, and facilitate continuous improvement through retrospectives.
• Influence & Advocacy:
• Build relationships across teams to champion quality initiatives, drive decisions on software quality and security, and align stakeholders on quality standards from inception.

• Implement continuous feedback, develop balanced test automation, and incorporate diverse perspectives into QA processes.

• Reduce technical debt, highlight QA's impact on customer acquisition and retention, and contribute to agile testing practices for reliable releases.

• Manage the QA automation backlog, oversee sprint testing, and champion automated testing integration for incident response.

  Proven experience in a QA leadership role, preferably within the tech or fintech industry.
• Strong knowledge of test automation strategies, tools (e.g., xUnit, RestSharp, Cypress), and agile methodologies.
• Experience testing RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
• Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated testing into deployment workflows.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in agile metrics and tools for measuring testing effectiveness.
• Data-driven approach to decision making, with a strong focus on quality metrics.
• Commitment to customer-centric thinking and improving the overall user experience.
• A collaborative mindset with a desire to work across engineering, product, and support teams.
