Experteer Overview In this role you will help deliver a high-performance, low-latency exchange platform within a financial market infrastructure modernization program. You will work with cross-functional teams to shape testing strategy and ensure robust quality across functional, integration, and release testing. You will drive automation and risk-based testing to enable reliable trading workflows and fast feedback. - Propose, create and enhance the project's test strategy with a focus on test automation Design, maintain and execute test cases and analyze results Build a solid understanding of business, technical and operational requirements Define the quality assurance process with the team Collaborate with other QAs and the DEV team to enhance automated tests and maximize coverage Work with Dev and DevOps teams to improve test automation tools and solutions Tasks Significant experience in a QA role Ability to derive test cases from functional/technical designs Experience with TDD/BDD and Test Automation Knowledge of Agile SDLC and the QA role within it Strong communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders Key requirements 25 days holiday family medical and family dental cover long term disability cover life insurance at 4 x salary pension scheme with 5% matching interest-free season ticket loan up to 5K per year
