Full Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Quality, Safety and Patient Experience Directorate, Welsh Ambulance Services NHS Trust, for a Listening To People Administrator. The post is full time 37.5 hours on a permanent basis in our newly implemented structure. The base will be at either Matrix One - Swansea or Beacon House - Cwmbran. To be confirmed on appointment. Please note that the job description is subject to change owing to the introduction of the new Listening To People regulations., Provide administrative support on specific projects within the Listening To People team, liaising directly with the Listening To People Coordinator.

Be the first point of contact in receiving and registering complaints from the public and any queries or requests for information from both internal and external stakeholders.

Provide administrative support across all of the Listening To People functions, providing opportunities for the postholder to gain a wide knowledge and experience base.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
