Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field - 5+ years of experience in purchasing or procurement within a manufacturing environment
- Proven track record of cost savings and supplier relationship management
- Strong negotiation skills and experience with contract management
- Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and purchasing software
- C.P.M. or CPSM certification preferred
