Purchase to Pay Co-ordinator

At Serco Leisure, our finance teams play a vital role in supporting leisure operations across the UK. We're looking for organised and customer-focused individuals to join us as Purchase to Pay (P2P) coordinators, helping to ensure suppliers are paid accurately and on time while supporting the smooth running of our purchasing and Accounts Payable processes., You'll support the delivery of timely and accurate transactional finance processing across the Leisure Business Unit.,

• Processing supplier invoices, credit notes and purchase orders
• Managing supplier queries and maintaining strong relationships
• Reconciling supplier statements and aged creditors
• Supporting month-end reconciliations and reporting
• Processing GRNs and supporting procurement activities
• Maintaining supplier and contractor records
• Supporting CAPEX administration and expense processing
• Assisting with continuous improvement initiatives across finance processes
  
  This is an excellent opportunity for someone with Purchase Ledger, Accounts Payable or finance administration experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to continue developing their finance career. We'd also welcome applications from candidates beginning their AAT studies or graduates looking to build experience within a large organisation., Experienced in Accounts Payable, Purchase Ledger or purchasing administration
• Organised, accurate and comfortable managing high volumes of work
• Strong communicators with good customer service skills
• Confident using Microsoft Excel and finance systems
• Proactive, adaptable and keen to learn
Desirable but not essential:
• AAT studies or an interest in finance qualifications
• Experience with Purchase to Pay (P2P) processes
• Knowledge of reconciliations, VAT or financial controls
