Full Job Description

As a Purchase Ledger Administrator, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the company's accounts payable function. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with ledger experience who wants a stable, long-term role with a well-established business.,

  • Processing high-volume purchase invoices accurately and efficiently
  • Matching, batching, and coding invoices
  • Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies
  • Managing queries from suppliers and internal teams
  • Assisting with weekly and month-end payment runs
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation
  • Supporting the wider finance team as required
