1. to engage in supervision and support from a qualified speech and language therapist


2. to assist in assessing CYPs strengths and needs in their home language under the supervision of a Speech and Language Therapist and to give verbal and written feedback to the therapist.


3. to translate written advice and information materials in the CYPs home language using appropriate technology.


4. to advise the Speech and Language Therapy team regarding cultural and linguistic issues which may impact on families/communities accessing and receiving an equitable service from Ealing Speech and Language Therapy.


5. to work with the Speech and Language Therapy team to promote and raise awareness of the service amongst community groups.


6. to support and participate in the induction and training of new co-workers.
