Full Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Public Area Attendant to join our team at a prestigious 5-star hotel. This role is essential in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction throughout all public spaces.,
- Ensure all public areas, including lobbies, corridors, restrooms, and lounges, are maintained to exceptional cleanliness standards
- Regularly clean, polish, and sanitize surfaces to create a welcoming environment for guests
- Respond promptly to guest requests and maintain a professional, friendly attitude at all times
- Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and report any maintenance issues
- Work closely with the housekeeping team to uphold luxury hospitality standards
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a 4- or 5-star hotel- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
