  • Lead and deliver impactful public affairs strategies and engagement programmes
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with political and sector stakeholders
  • Monitor parliamentary and policy developments, identifying risks and opportunities
  • Develop clear, compelling messaging on key organisational and sector issues
  • Prepare high-quality briefings, reports, and presentations for senior leadership
  • Represent Voyage Care at industry events, conferences, and forums
  • Manage stakeholder engagement plans and maintain an organised external affairs calendar
  • Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert across the business

    Experience in public affairs, with a track record of engaging political stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of UK political systems and policy landscape
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical ability
  • Proactive, solutions-focused, and highly organised
  • Confident working with senior stakeholders and leadership teams
