    • The Sebright Arms is a well-kept, wet led community driven pub with an existing food following. With a 2 bar style operation it allows you to over vertical drinking occasions alongside more relaxed dining at the same time. Known for its involvement with the community and strong following the site thrives with sport, music and a strong 'Rhythm of the Week'. With nearly 5,000 adults from 'Established Affluence' and 'Thriving Neighbourhood' communities within 10 minutes' walk provides a strong footing to drive volumes and strong margin opportunity through Premiumisation. No competitor pubs within a 7 minute walk provides a captive audience alongside 3 neighbouring schools, cricket club and tennis club. We are looking for an enthusiastic tenant that will look to embrace the community, engage with local schools/clubs whilst delivering quality beer, food and customer service.
