Essential Criteria Professional qualification as a Psychologist (HCPC registered) or recognized qualification as a Psychotherapist (Level 7 or above).
Registered member of one or more professional bodies (e.g., HCPC, BACP, UKCP).
Relevant experience working with similar client groups.
Strong communication skills, especially in multi-disciplinary settings.
Ability to develop and deliver training to various audiences.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Commitment to ongoing professional development.

Your RoleAs a Psychotherapist or Psychologist Practitioner at Bankside College, you will:
Collaborate with the education team to deliver psychological assessments and interventions for students facing developmental trauma, neurodiversity, or SEMH needs.
Manage a psychological/psychotherapy caseload with the support of a designated clinical supervisor and Lead Clinician.
Contribute to school development, staff training, and consultations as needed.
