Full Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Band 7 Psychosexual Therapist to join the Psychosexual Therapy Outpatient Service at the Chandos Clinic. The post holder will work autonomously as an independent practitioner, delivering specialist assessment and evidence-based psychosexual therapy to individuals and couples presenting with complex sexual difficulties. The role involves managing a specialist caseload, maintaining high standards of clinical documentation, and providing expert advice, consultation, and clinical support to colleagues, patients, and multidisciplinary teams. The successful candidate will demonstrate leadership within the service, adhere to Trust policies, and actively contribute to service development, quality improvement, and future service innovations.
