Full Job Description

- Supporting students with additional needs including autism, ADHD, and SEMH
- Providing 1:1 and small group support throughout the school day
- Helping pupils manage emotions and engage with learning
- Encouraging confidence, independence, and communication skills
- Supporting behaviour using calm and consistent approaches
- Working closely with teachers, SEN staff, and pastoral teams
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain practical experience linked to areas such as:
- Educational Psychology
- Clinical Psychology
- Counselling and Mental Health Support
- SEN Teaching
- Speech and Language Therapy
- Youth and Pastoral Work
You'll develop transferable skills in behaviour support, emotional regulation, safeguarding, and trauma-informed practice.
- Psychology graduates or final-year students
- Interested in mental health and child development
- Compassionate, proactive, and reliable
- Looking to build experience before further study or professional training
- Passionate about supporting children and young people
- Full-time opportunities starting in September
- Weekly PAYE pay from £100 per day
