Do you want to work within a team of highly motivated and experienced therapists that are passionate about making a difference and supporting each other?, PWPs also have an important link role developing relationships with local GP practices and advocating health promotion within the wider community.

Our team members are encouraged to develop specialisms by taking on champion roles such as long term conditions, young people, safeguarding, BAME, older adults and substance misuse.

As part of the role you will be expected to work flexibly to meet the needs of the service. This may include early morning and late evening appointments as well as the possibility of working some Saturday mornings.

There is currently an exciting opportunity for dynamic and self-motivated Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners (PWP) to work for LSCFT NHS Talking Therapies within the Preston locality.Please be advised that only applicants with a recognised PG Cert in Primary care mental health practice (IAPT) or BSc(hons) Counselling, Coaching and Psychological Interventions (PWP) will be shortlisted for interview
