Full Job Description
We have a new opportunity within Protection and Resilience as a Senior Resilience Associate. Reporting to the Head of Business Continuity you will be responsible for refining and implementing a Resilience framework and related policies, with day to day oversight of the execution of the Resilience framework across Allianz UK., Pay is based on relevant experience, skills for the role, and location. Salary is only one part of our total reward package. About You
- Support and maintain the Business Continuity Management lifecycle, ensuring consistent application of BCM activities across the organisation
- Support the development and maintenance of the Operational Resilience framework, ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations and integration with wider business continuity and risk management activities.
- Design, plan and facilitate scenario-based resilience exercises, ensuring scenarios are severe-but-plausible and effectively test the organisation's response capabilities and recovery strategies
- Maintain organisation's site specific Emergency Response Plans, ensuring they remain current and actionable. Facilitate Emergency Response Team calls when required
- Lead and coordinate annual BCM maturity self-assessments
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, promoting awareness of resilience obligations, embedding good practice, and supporting capability uplift across the organisation
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to communicate and influence at all levels Essential Skills
