Job Description


We are delighted to be looking for a Prospect Research Manager to join the amazing team at Pancreatic Cancer UK in this newly created role, a great opportunity to build and develop the prospect research function at Pancreatic Cancer UK and leave your mark. Working at the heart of the Philanthropy & Partnerships team, you'll establish systems, processes and best practice that will help drive sustainable income growth and strengthen engagement with high-value supporters for years to come.


You will also lead on prospect identification, due diligence and insight gathering, providing high-quality research and intelligence that informs fundraising strategy and supports engagement with high-value prospects. This will see you produce tailored briefings and reports for senior stakeholders, including the CEO and Director of Income & Engagement, while helping to establish best practice in prospect research across the organisation.


Requirements



  • Experience delivering prospect research within a fundraising or similar environment.

  • Experience identifying, assessing and prioritising prospects to build and develop fundraising pipelines.

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate research into actionable insight that supports decision-making.
