Property Services Consultant

We're looking for an outgoing, driven and enthusiastic Senior Property Services Consultant to join our Property Services team at Chestertons. Based at our Euston Head Office, you'll play a key role in generating new business and creating opportunities for our Sales and Lettings teams. You'll be responsible for converting inbound enquiries and leads from our existing database into Market Appraisals and new business opportunities. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a career in estate agency, particularly if you're interested in the industry but don't want to work in a traditional front office Sales or Lettings role. What You'll Be Doing

• Drive new business by converting inbound enquiries and cold database leads into Sales and Lettings opportunities.
• Carry out high-volume outbound calling and multichannel outreach campaigns across phone, email, SMS and WhatsApp.
• Identify potential opportunities and engage with prospective clients to understand their property requirements.
• Book Market Appraisals and ensure a smooth and effective handover to the relevant Front Office team.
• Build strong relationships with existing clients and customers to maximise future opportunities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure all activity is recorded correctly and consistently.
• Work towards agreed activity and conversion targets to maximise revenue opportunities.
• How We'll Measure Success
• You'll be focused on delivering strong results across key performance areas, including:
• Market Appraisals booked
• Market Appraisal-to-Instruction conversion
• Revenue generated from opportunities
• Cancellation and conversion rates
• Outbound activity levels across calls, emails, SMS and WhatsApp

• A strong communicator with excellent relationship-building skills.

• Confident using CRM systems and maintaining accurate records.
