Full Job Description
- Be the first point of contact for property-related queries
- Triage, resolve, or escalate issues to minimise disruption
- Manage third-party contractors and track job progress
- Maintain accurate records and support continuous improvement
- Deliver a professional, efficient, and friendly helpdesk experience You'll be based at our Head Office in Coventry. You'll work within our Property team. With this being such a critical role, we're looking for someone who can join us 37 hours a week.
- Experience in a helpdesk or customer-facing role
- Strong IT skills (Microsoft Forms, SharePoint, Excel, Word)
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
- Confidence working with suppliers and internal teams
- A proactive, caring attitude and a drive to improve Skills and experience are important, but character, positivity, and a caring attitude matter too.
