The successful applicant will form a small and committed team whose priority is to provide proactive and response support at our stations.

You will be able to work under pressure in a fast-changing environment as well as having a positive and flexible attitude to all aspects of your work.

With a good level of commitment to your own development, you will also be able to undertake intensive initial training and study in your own time.

You will be able to work equally well as part of a small team or on your own., Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Prior and or current experience working in a similar setting
Ability to grasp new technology fast

A basic DBS 'Disclosure and Barring Service' check for regulated activity (formerly known as CRB) will be required for this role.

This is a 9 month fixed term contract with a starting salary of £42,958 per annum, based on a 36 hour working week.

We are seeking an experienced Property Portfolio Lead to join our small team and help manage our property portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and enthusiastic individual who knows how to problem solve and has great stakeholder management skills gained in a property or facilities management type role.

Our team are the interface between the Land and Property team within Surrey County Council and our station commanders and crews in dealing with property defects, routine maintenance and design on new redevelopments.
