Property portfolio management
Work closely with the Director
Conducting property inspections
Dealing with maintenance issues and coordinating with contractors, Landlords and Tenants to undertake repairs
Ensuring that safety inspections are undertaken (gas, electricity, legionella, EPC etc)
Liaising with Landlords & Tenants
Preparing properties for rental
Dealing with the end-of-tenancy process
Ad-hoc tasks

Previous experience as a Property Manager
Calm person with strength of character, someone who won't be easily flustered
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Personable, proactive and helpful
Problem solver
Ability work under pressure
Attention to detail
Ability to multi-task
Excellent telephone manner
Excellent negotiating skills
Must hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car

Basic £35,000
Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm
