Full Job Description

The Estates Property Manager will provide efficient, effective and professional property management services for UHCW NHS Trust to agreed key performance indicators. They will develop strong relationships with landlords, including NHS Property Services, Community Health Partnerships and others as part of the Trusts property portfolio., 1. Develop and manage formal leases and licences with partners and landlords as appropriate.
2. Carry out the Tenant Representative function to those buildings where the Trust is tenant.
3. Work with tenants and landlords to provide "fit for purpose" buildings ensuring appropriate maintenance and landlord services are carried out in line with the agreed formal lease.
