Full Job Description

  • Manage your own portfolio of properties
  • Assist in overall management duties
  • Build a strong working relationship with both landlords and tenants
  • Deal with contractors and arrange maintenance quotes and repairs
  • Negotiating tenancy renewals
  • Manage compliance
  • Deal with deposits, deposits releases and any disputes at end of tenancy
  • Arrange safety certificates
  • Ensure regular communication with clients

  • We are currently recruiting for a Property Manager for our Estate Agency client based in Buckhurst Hill. The successful candidate must have 2 years'+ experience as a Property Manager, who is able to come in and hit the ground running. Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area. No driving licence required!,
  • Must have 2 years+ Property Management experience
  • Ideally experience using Goodlord and Alto (not essential)
  • Excellent IT and communication skills
  • Work well in a team dealing with any issues efficiently
  • Impeccable customer service skills
  • Good time management and excellent organisational skills
  • Knowledge of current legislation and compliance
  • Able to work to deadlines and manage own diary
  • Excellent team player

    Basic up to £35,000
  • Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
