Full Job Description
- Manage your own portfolio of properties
- Assist in overall management duties
- Build a strong working relationship with both landlords and tenants
- Deal with contractors and arrange maintenance quotes and repairs
- Negotiating tenancy renewals
- Manage compliance
- Deal with deposits, deposits releases and any disputes at end of tenancy
- Arrange safety certificates
- Ensure regular communication with clients
Please note that if you do not have the relevant experience required for the role, your application will not be considered. We are currently recruiting for a Property Manager for our Estate Agency client based in Buckhurst Hill. The successful candidate must have 2 years'+ experience as a Property Manager, who is able to come in and hit the ground running. Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area. No driving licence required!, - Must have 2 years+ Property Management experience
- Ideally experience using Goodlord and Alto (not essential)
- Excellent IT and communication skills
- Work well in a team dealing with any issues efficiently
- Impeccable customer service skills
- Good time management and excellent organisational skills
- Knowledge of current legislation and compliance
- Able to work to deadlines and manage own diary
- Excellent team player

Basic up to £35,000 - Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
