Full Job Description
Manage a commercial portfolio, leading service charge budgets, client relationships, and site performance while ensuring high standards across occupiers, compliance, and reporting., We are looking for a surveyor to take a "hands on" proactive role within our exciting property management team, ensuring that all aspects of our new instruction are covered. In particular, the successful candidate will have experience with client engagement and reporting, tenant & data management, property inspections, as well as identifying new initiatives/opportunities for clients and cross selling activities.
