Introduction

This apprenticeship provides training and practical experience for individuals beginning a career in property maintenance. Apprentices attend Greenlight Training for four days a month, where they develop essential skills and industry understanding. The remainder of the month is spent on site, gaining experience in a professional environment.

What You'll Do

• Assisting with general repairs and maintenance across the site or building
• Checking and maintaining fixtures, fittings, and equipment
• Communicating effectively with colleagues, tenants, and clients on site
• Learning to read and follow work instructions, drawings, and specifications
• Ensuring tools and materials are prepared and stored safely
