Full Job Description

To develop practical skills and knowledge in a range of trade disciplines while supporting the delivery of high-quality repairs and maintenance services within social housing properties. The role involves assisting experienced tradespeople and gradually undertaking tasks across multiple trades to gain a broad understanding of property maintenance.

Course: Property maintenance operative (level 2)

Level: 2

Route: Construction and the built environment

Apprenticeship Level: Intermediate

Working Arrangements

Working Week: Monday - Friday, 8.00am - 5.00pm

Expected Duration: 21 Months
