How will I be supporting the work of the Trust?
The successful candidates will support the charity to move to the next phase of development in its small housing and commercial portfolio.
What does this involve?
- Representing the Trust as a service provider of maintenance services, providing a customer focused approach
- Carrying out void works so that homes are let to our standards
- Carrying out day to day repairs to houses/buildings owned by the Trust
Who are we looking for?
- The successful candidate will have a multi skilled background in aspects of maintenance and repair (including carpentry, painting and decorating, tiling, patch plastering, plumbing, ground works, fencing, basic electrics, general DIY).
- You will need to be able to listen, respond and act in accordance with our values and ensure that the customers you come into contact with are satisfied with the work you have completed and the information you have shared.
- You will really want to make a difference to the lives of disabled people by working with a charity who's aim is to provide equality choice and independence.
