Introduction

This apprenticeship provides hands-on training and practical experience for individuals starting a career in property maintenance. Apprentices spend four days a month at Greenlight Training, developing essential skills and knowledge. The remainder of the month is spent on site.

What You'll Do

Assisting with general repairs and maintenance across the site or building
Checking and maintaining fixtures, fittings, and equipment
Communicating effectively with colleagues, tenants, and clients on site
Learning to read and follow work instructions, drawings, and specifications
Ensuring tools and materials are prepared and stored safely
