Property Litigation Solicitor

The successful candidate will operate as a commercial and/ or property litigator for the firm within a wider supportive Dispute Resolution Team with collaborative reach across the multi-disciplines of the firm.

You will manage a diverse litigation caseload which can be tailored towards either or both discipline(s) of litigation depending on experience and any following.
As this role is a key part of a small team, you will need to confidently work independently and ideally be able to generate work. Therefore, a minimum of 3 years PQE+ in dispute resolution is essential.
This could be either a flexible part-time role or a full-time opportunity. A client following is desirable, but not essential for the right candidate.
