Key Responsibilities The team's specialisms and breadth of work is wide and you would be involved, working alongside more senior members of the team and on your own matters, in high value and complex disputes/projects. The team's typical work includes: All aspects of commercial landlord and tenant matters Development disputes Disputes relating to land, including easements, restrictive covenants and rights to light Your skills and qualifications The team has a number of dedicated Property litigators so, whilst obviously helpful, detailed knowledge of Property litigation is not essential.
