Due to the technical nature of the practice, evidence of having worked within a Property Litigation team in a similar role would be an advantage. Most importantly though you will have an interest in building your knowledge in this area and a willingness to learn as part of the team. We are looking for somebody who enjoys variety, has a client-oriented approach, enjoys being part of a team and has a flair for solving problems. Good oral and written communication skills are also required.

The practice Our specialist Property Disputes lawyers excel in helping clients resolve all kinds of disputes ranging from all aspects of landlord and tenant to complex, highly technical development and cutting edge land rights disputes for telecom operators and energy clients. The team handles cases at all levels of the Court system, as well as before Tribunals and arbitration panels, in order to represent the interests of clients. The practice also provides advice on risk mitigation and management in the context of potential disputes and property related regulation. We have a premier client base and support these clients on a range of market leading cases. Clients include Marks and Spencer, National Grid, Taylor Wimpey and Vodafone. This role will be to support on a number of clients across the team on various projects. We work across office with our London colleagues as well.   As a guide, due to the nature of the work and the structure of the team, we are looking to appoint an experienced Paralegal in this area, although we will consider candidates with more or less experience.
