You'll participate in the Allianz Global P&C Academy, enhancing your skills in underwriting, risk engineering, pricing, and claims management while exchanging best practices across the Allianz Group. Allianz Insurance supports professional qualifications, such as CII, where considered appropriate for the business and the individual. About You

As our Property & Casualty Underwriter, you'll:

• Take ownership of major deals, using your expertise to win and retain strategic accounts that drive growth.
• Develop trusted partnerships with brokers, leveraging collaboration to unlock new opportunities and strengthen market presence.
• Represent the business confidently through face-to-face engagement, networking, and active participation in industry events.
• Support team development by guiding peers, reviewing referrals, and ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality service.
• Work closely with internal departments to streamline processes and deliver seamless, client-focused solutions.
• Act as a reliable point of contact for priority clients, anticipating needs and delivering tailored, responsive support.

Essential Skills

• Experience of underwriting commercial lines risks
• Track record of dealing with large and/or complex risks and cases
• Ability to manage broker relationships that fuel growth and long-term retention

Desirable Skills

• Experience of underwriting Property and/or Casualty risks
• Responsible Artificial Intelligence usage
