Full Job Description
You'll support busy lettings and property management teams across Oxfordshire offices. This is a fast-paced, people-focused role ideal for anyone looking for a customer service summer job with progression potential . You'll be involved in:
- Marketing rental properties and supporting lettings activity
- Conducting property viewings
- Responding to tenant and applicant enquiries
- Supporting tenancy move-ins and property checks
- Organising contractor works and property maintenance
- Ensuring compliance and keeping property records up to date
- General admin and front-of-house support
Strong communicators who enjoy working with people - Organised, reliable, and detail-focused individuals
- A full UK driving licence (required for viewings)
- No property experience needed - full training provided
