We are currently recruiting for a Weekend Project Worker to join our New Start Offender Service in Bradford. This role is 16 hours per week, worked across the weekend.You will work alongside the Manager and Housing Support Workers to provide and maintain a safe and supportive environment. You will assist individuals in the practical and emotional aspects of maintaining their accommodation. You will explore the interests of the people living at Bromley and support them to engage in a range of activates, one-to-one and in groups.What we are looking for:A respectful and clear approach to communicating with othersPassionate about people using their talents and abilities to solve their own problems Knowledge of the challenges faced by people experiencing homelessness including rough sleeping. This, knowledge could have been gained through lived experience or in a paid or voluntary capacityKnowledge of the challenges faced by people experiencing multiple disadvantages including drug and

alcohol dependency, This knowledge could have been gained through lived experience or in a paid or voluntary capacityIn return, this role is offering a salary of £12.60 per hour based on a 16 hour week.
