Full Job Description

As the Project and Wellbeing Officer, you will be an essential part of both the national and community and place teams. The areas you will work across are: creative health, projects that support young people involved in, or on the fringes of, youth violence/criminality and youth voice and advocacy. We are looking for someone who is an excellent and confident communicator, someone who is organised, proactive and loves systems and processes., As the Project and Wellbeing Officer, you will be supporting the team to develop the projects efficiently and supporting young people to progress through programmes and understand what they can do next. Because many of our young people are vulnerable and struggle with mental health challenges, you will need you to be empathetic and creative when communicating.
